Chocolate pelt darted from place to place as the brute weaved between the small patch of tall grasses and trees separating the current land he chose to be in from his home in the mountains. The stallion had recently met another, younger filly and chose to bring her back to his home land. Of course she probably would have followed him back because of how much power he had. Most fillies were power hungry these days and the brute honestly didn't mind because he was the same way. Soon enough, he would have enough power to share with at least three other equines. Soon enough. The filly didn't know that though. Well, she would eventually. Chaos turned his head, white face bright in the daylight, to look back at the two toned blue fae that followed him closely. They exchanged words when they met, but now things were silent. Brujo wished he could understand those around him easier. He wished he could read the mind of the young filly behind him. Maybe then things would be easier between then on the journey to the mountains. Who knew.
With a sudden spark of energy the stud reared up playfully and whinnied joyously out to the fae before taking off as fast as his strong warmblood legs could carry him. Dirt and chunks of grass flew up behind him as he ran, his hooves beating the earth like a solid tempo of a drum. His hind leg was extreamly noticeable against the green of the ground and the chocolate of his pelt with its white stocking. As the stallion continued to move out, his pace slowed to a well collected, beautifully preformed canter, as if he was attempting to show off for the fae that managed to keep up. If only she got lost, he could have saved the day and rescued her, but it seemed as though she could hold her own against his quick pace. Sooner then he thought, the mountain was below their hooves as they continued to move at a forward motion up the steep, rocky hillside. He didn't often let others into his land so easily but as this seemed to be his first potential suiter, she was welcomed. "Here we are lovey little fae, the Chaos Mountain Range." Stallion whinnied to her over his shoulder before stopping on a dime and gazing out over his land with a sense of proudness. "Do you like it?" Chaos waited patiently for her response.

She knew she should slow down, make sure her safety came first, but it was exciting, finally running alongside a brute who didn’t want her simply because she had a pretty rump. The terrain change from solid dirt to rocky, shambled terra, the climb a challenge to an lesser, less qualified equine unlike herself. Their run up the hill was silent and for a few moments Ketamine wanted to speak to him, call to him over his shoulder and make this run a little more polite, but she couldn’t. She was far from being unpolite though, as she had let Chaos take lead.
As they entered the more wooded area she was happily surprised to see just how much of a handsome brute he truely was. Fin chocolate hair covered his powerful torso and the clean white socks were easy to spot. Then, he slowed and she did too, very slightly out of breath but refused to let it show, keeping her nostrils flared and her head arched. Soon they stopped and it took just enough of Ketamine’s control to stop when he did; only stumbling faintly as she stood a few feet beside him, her shoulders behind his. It was how she watched the two head mares in the harem stand, one behind the other. “The view is amazing, Chaos.” She said carefully, as she saw the view of most of the highlands and just a peek of the valley. From up here the air seemed crisp and easy to breathe. She took a moment before she looked over at him, dark eyes twinkling with both excitement and contentment as she stood with him. |

He knew it was beautiful, but it only made him happier to hear others recognize it too. As she grew quiet once again, Chaos straightened out, arching his nape to stretch his spine. It felt all too good to simply relax with a fae in his own terra. What a wonderful place it was.
Chaos allowed the silence to continue not a moment sooner as his ears and eyes purked up when he spoke. "Femme, the clouds..." The stallions voice trailed off as he gazed up at the darkness that was the daytime sky. Thick gray summer storm clouds had coated the pretty deep blue from earlier. Just then, the sky split, pouring rain and thunder from the wound. Stallion reared, pawing out at the sky in a protective style. No one was going to take his first fae away. Brute let out a sharp neigh as he landed and turned, bumping into the fae, jesturing her toward where he was headed. Chaos sprinted as fast as he could without falling down the mountain side and quickly to the right into a deep, warm cave.
The ground was dirt, sand and a few patches of the most delicious grass he'd ever tasted. It was warm, never hot nor cool. And it was dry. Stallion shook his pelt, sending dropplets fliing from mane and tail as well. A groan escaped him as his shook. Not quite of old age, but of ware and tare. As he eased up, he turned to the fae with a smile of contentment before approaching and reaching out to her with a gentle nudge. "My throne." He jestured to the surroundings. he lead her down the rocky mountain pass and she almost stumbled; catching herself just as he turned right, into a cavern that whispered dry and warm. she entered and nickered as he shook, his cool droplets of liquid landing on her. "very convenient, brute," she said, mimicking the way he called her 'femme' and 'fae'. ketamine shook slightly, not wanting to get rainwater on her compainion. "just how long have you controlled this land to know its paths so well?" ketamine continued, reaching over to smooth out a piece of ruffled hair he had on his carcass. it was habit, not affection. |

He didn't quite mind the rain as much as he minded the thunder and cracks of lightning that split the sky every few seconds. When she spoke her first set of words, an ear twitched to listen before Chaos lowered his head in recognition. How exactly had he managed to control such a nice piece of land for such a short time and already know such a wondrous place such as the cavern they currently resided in.
"You see Ketamine, before I decided to claim such a land I went on the search to find the perfect place to reside. I discovered this cavern in my search and decided that because of it, this was where I needed to live." It was the truth. That and he rather liked the wickedness of the storms that passed through and the rough terrain. Stallion allowed the fae to fix his pelt when usually he didn't often like others touching his grace. He wasn't stuck up, he just didn't really like the idea of another whom he wasn't involved with touching him. "So once the storm clears I will take you on a tour. There's more to the land then meets the eye. And, I am not the only stallion residing here. I have a partner in crime. His name is Eros. He runs a small portion of the land deep into the mountains. We can meet him if you like. It's all up to you beautiful." He cooed that last word, sucking up a bit as he winked at her. "Smart, charming and handsome." Ketamine mused playfully, her mane falling over one side of her neck. Fae was impressed with her current situation, the stallion ever surprising; he must have a good head on his elegant neck as she thought over what he had said. When he brought up a second stallion, co-running a herd within his land, the thought of it making her auds perk. "Oh? Well, maybe we can see him... only if he has time." Of couse, Ketamine thought that everyone should make time for her.
"The storm is depressing; although with the sun beating on the land like is has been, I'm not surprised that it came now," Ketamine spoke softly, trying to make conversation as she shifted her front hooves back and forth, keeping the small rocks and pebbles from lodging in the delicate underside. "Say, stallion. If you hadn't found this lovely piece of land, would you have found a herd to co-exsist in?".
